Dirk's Message

Well this past season was sure a hot and dry one for many parts of the country. If you live in an area that was hit with hot dry weather, we are sure you found gardening a challenge.

To top off the weather issues, we also moved. Excited as we were to down size our living space, we also needed to increase our seed storage space. Needless to say our summer was taken up with renovations and getting organized in able to start up the 2017 season in full swing. We are happy to say that after much hard work we are ready for the upcoming 2017 gardening season. The 2017 season will bring new landscaping and home gardens for us. Our heads are already full of many ideas on these. We will post pictures on our Facebook page as things start to kick off. Be sure to check us out.

Although we did plan on doing a complete redesign of our catalogue for the 2017 season that plan was not met. You will however notice that the numbering has been changed. You will also see an insert page listing our new varieties to date.

But, be assured our 2018 catalogue will offer many changes. Be sure to fill in and return the below information section to let us know which option(s) you are interested in. We also invite you to monitor our website to keep current on new varieties, and availability of your favourite seeds throughout the season.

2017 Show Dates

We are very sad to say we will not be attending the 2017 Stratford Garden Festival. This will be only the second time in its history that we will not be attending. We will miss seeing our many customers as well as the vendors and organizers all of whom have become great friends. We send our best wishes to all those involved. To our valued customers you can still order your favourites by mail or online.

We will however be attending:
Canada Blooms March 10 to 19, 2017
Peterborough Garden Show April 7 to 9, 2017

If you are at these shows please drop by and say Hi, we look forward to seeing you.

Happy Gardening
