DAISY - BLUE-EYED AFRICAN -- OUT OF STOCK -- Arctotis grandis - Arctotis grandis Originally from South Africa, these heat loving plants thrive in sandy, well drained soil. The 10 cm silvery white, daisy-like blooms with blue disk florets are borne on 50 cm stalks from mid-summer to fall. The tops of the 12 cm lobed leaves are deep green on the top and silvery green on the bottom creating an interesting contrast when stirred in the breeze. Type: Annual Light: sun Soil: sandy, well-drained Spacing: 30cm Height: 60cm Season: summer through autumn. Propagation: Direct seed in early spring when a light frost is still possible.
